I’ve read a lot of forms since the release of Vampire Knight chapter 83 and I keep seeing Kaname and Yuki supports comment of the fact that Yuki has cut her hair. They keep chanting “Oh, it makes her look childish.”
In my head I’m like:

This is just my opinion but I think that she cut her hair off because of the whole thing where someone cuts off their hair in order to say that you have gotten over a crush (to get a new start or something) Before I get any hate, Kaname X Yuuki is my OTP but I can’t help thinking this.
After Yuuki saw Kaname biting Ruka, she cut her hair short and tried her best to get over him (but she couldn’t). Then when Kaname awakened her it went really long, I think Kaname did this to say that she didn’t need to do it in the first place because he loves her (or it could be because Kaname has an obvious hair fetish). With Yuuki cutting it again in the new chapter I think it was to say that she’s over Kaname and to show her freedom (as he wanted her to keep in long).
I could be wrong though, she could have done it to upset Kaname because of his hair fetish haha
